Privacy policy
What data we process, for which purpose, on what basis and for how long — for the public website as well as the partner and operator portals.

Visiting this website
When the website is opened, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data in order to deliver the page and secure operations. We use no advertising pixels and build no profiles for advertising purposes.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics
On the public pages of this website we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It tells us which content is read and how visitors find us.
Only with your consent
Analytics cookies are set only after you explicitly accept in the banner. Until then storage is blocked technically (Google Consent Mode, defaulting to denied). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no identifier is stored. The legal basis is therefore your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer, with effect for the future.

Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses: the IP is used for coarse location and then discarded. Transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for this.
Objecting independently of our banner
You can also block collection by Google Analytics browser-wide using the opt-out add-on Google provides: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The portals are not measured. Google Analytics runs on the public marketing pages only. No audience measurement takes place in the partner portal, the operator portal or the internal charter system — there we process only the data needed to run the business.
Contact and registration
If you email us or register as a sales partner, we process the details you provide in order to handle your request and decide on approval.
- Company name, contact person, email address and phone number
- Information about your business, to the extent you enter it in the form
- Time of registration and technical details for abuse prevention
The basis is the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship. If no cooperation follows, we delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligation applies.
Processing in the portals
The partner and operator portals and the internal charter system process the data needed to handle charter enquiries and bookings.
Strict separation between the parties
Sales partners, yacht operators and the charter team work in separate systems. A yacht operator receives no client data and no information about the referring partner. A sales partner receives no data belonging to other partners and never the operator's identity. The separation is enforced technically in the database.
Sales partners' client data
End-client data entered by a sales partner is processed solely to handle the respective charter. It is not passed to other partners, not sold and not used for third-party advertising.
Logging
Security-relevant events — sign-ins, approvals, price and status changes, document downloads — are logged. These logs serve traceability and dispute resolution, not performance monitoring of individuals.
Service providers we use
We work with carefully selected providers who process data on our behalf and on our instructions.

Data is transferred only as far as necessary for the respective purpose. On request we will name the specific providers in use.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest.

Data security
All transmission is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Data access is restricted at database level to the authorised organisation, and that restriction is verified automatically on every code change.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when processing changes — for example with new features or providers. The version published on this page applies.
