For sales partners
Sell charters like you sell everything else: with real information.
Travel agencies, wedding planners, concierges, corporate bookers and hotels use Yarentra to turn a client's question — “can we get a yacht on Saturday?” — into a protected, commissioned booking.
- 1
Register once, get reviewed personally
The registration form takes two minutes: company, contact, your own password. Our partner team reviews every application — usually within one to two business days — and agrees commission terms with you individually. No credit card, no listing fee.
- 2
See the fleet that is released to you
Your catalogue shows the yachts we release to your organisation — with photos, capacity, charter modes from one hour to a full week, policies and your prices. Some partners see negotiated price lists; the catalogue always shows what applies to you.
- 3
Check the date before you promise anything
Pick your client's date on any yacht and see the live verdict: available, on request, option pending or blocked. Operators maintain these calendars themselves, and confirmed bookings block dates automatically.
- 4
Send the enquiry — one yacht or five
Shortlist favourites and submit them as one enquiry with preference order, or send an open enquiry with date, guests and area when nothing fits. Prices, your commission and the availability status are frozen into the enquiry the second you submit.
- 5
Your client is now your client — provably
Every enquiry becomes a lead with a timestamped attribution snapshot and a protection window for your organisation. Possible duplicates go to a human review: first come, first protected.
- 6
Track everything to the commission statement
Availability checks, options, alternatives our team proposes, the booking, your commission — every step is visible in the portal. After the charter you download your statement as PDF; if a number looks off, there is a query button, not a phone queue.
What you work with every day
A catalogue that answers questions
Everything your client will ask is on the yacht page — including the date check, so you answer “is it free?” while they are still on the phone.
- Filters: date, guests, yacht type, marina, charter mode
- Wedding & corporate suitability flags
- Minimum booking duration per yacht
- Brochures and photo galleries for your clients
Commissions you can plan with
Your terms are agreed once and then applied automatically. The calculation behind every booking is stored permanently — a later change of rules never touches your past earnings.
- Expected commission shown before you sell
- Per-booking tracking from earned to paid
- Monthly statements as PDF
- One-click queries on any line
Lead protection with teeth
The platform records who brought the client, when, with what request — in a form nobody can quietly edit afterwards.
- Attribution snapshot at submission
- Protection window per organisation
- Human duplicate review
- Full history visible to you
Built for teams
Invite your whole office. Everyone works under their own account with exactly the rights they need.
- Partner admin, sales and read-only roles
- Personal logins for every colleague
- Notifications on every status change
- Documents shared in one place
English and German, throughout
The portal, all notifications and every email follow each user's language preference — mixed teams simply work.
Alternatives instead of dead ends
When a yacht is blocked, our charter team proposes vetted alternatives with your pricing — released to you only after a quality check, so you never forward a half-baked option.
Partner questions
What does it cost?
Nothing to join, nothing monthly. You earn a commission per completed charter; the exact terms are agreed individually after your registration is approved.
Do I need any technical setup?
No. It is a website — register, get approved, sign in. Invite colleagues from inside the portal.
Can I request a yacht that is not in my catalogue?
Yes — send an open enquiry with date, guests and area. The charter team proposes suitable yachts, including boats not released to your standard catalogue.
What happens when my client books directly next year?
Repeat business terms are part of your individual agreement, and the platform keeps the provable history of who introduced the client and when.
Who sees my client's data?
Your clients belong to your organisation. Operators never see them; other partners never see them. Only the charter team processes them to fulfil the booking.
