About Yarentra
Built from the business, not from a whiteboard.
Yarentra did not come out of a software incubator. It came out of the charter business in Dubai — and it solves the problems that cost money and patience there every week.
Company profile
Yarentra is a B2B yacht charter platform and a brand of Yacht Advisor FZ-LLC, licensed in the United Arab Emirates with an office in Dubai. It is run by Patric Daccache. The platform connects sales partners who serve end clients with yacht operators who run the boats. Yarentra earns from charters it brokers — not from fees charged to partners or operators.
Why Yarentra exists
Yacht charter is a business with excellent margins and surprisingly poor process. Referring a yacht in Dubai usually means working the phone: a concierge asks about Saturday, someone calls the operator, the operator calls back, and meanwhile the guest has booked elsewhere. When a deal does close, round two begins — who gets which commission, and whose client was that anyway?
Both sides have the same, entirely reasonable reflex. The sales partner fears the client will be taken directly next time. The operator fears their rates and contacts will end up with a competitor. As long as that suspicion sits in the room, every deal stays laborious.
The real task was never to build a catalogue. It was to build a system both sides can trust without having to trust each other.
That is the core of Yarentra: sales partners, operators and the charter team work in three separate portals, and no side sees the other's data. The separation is not written as a policy — it is enforced by the database itself, and an automated security suite attacks it on every code change to make sure it holds.
Who is behind Yarentra
Yarentra was founded and is run by Patric Daccache. The platform grew out of first-hand work in charter sales and day-to-day contact with yacht operators in the Emirates, so its requirements come from concrete cases where existing tools failed rather than from market research.
Yarentra is a young company. We think saying so is more honest than advertising numbers we do not yet have. What we can show instead is the substance of the platform itself: the data separation, the commission logic, the documents and the traceability of every decision. All of it is described in detail on these pages and can be verified in a conversation.
How Yarentra makes money
We keep the business model in the open, because opacity here creates exactly the mistrust the platform is meant to remove.
| Party | What is paid | When |
|---|---|---|
| Sales partner | Nothing. No setup, listing or monthly fee. | — |
| Sales partner | Receives a commission per completed charter. | After the charter, via settlement |
| Yacht operator | No listing fee, no base fee. | — |
| Yacht operator | Receives the agreed net rate per charter. | After booking settlement |
| Yarentra | Earns the difference between retail price and net rate. | Only on charters that actually happen |
One rule follows from this, and we hold to it: we only earn when both sides earn. There is no subscription that keeps running when no booking comes, and no incentive to lock partners or operators in rather than convince them.
Principles we can be held to
Nobody gets bypassed
Sales partners never learn which operator runs a yacht. Operators never learn which partner or end client is enquiring. That is not courtesy — it is the precondition for both sides opening up their business without fear.
No silent changes
Rates only change on an operator's proposal and after explicit approval. Commissions are calculated at booking time and stored permanently, so a later rule change cannot move anything retroactively. Every change is logged with its old and new value.
No invented availability
When an operator's confirmation expires, the calendar entry falls back to "to be confirmed" automatically. We would rather show an honest question mark than a green tick nobody has checked.
No selling of data
Client, partner and operator data are used solely to run charters. They are not sold, not used for third-party advertising and never shared between partner organisations.
Who Yarentra is for — and who it is not for
Yarentra is strictly a B2B platform. A private client looking for a yacht for a birthday is not badly served here, simply not the audience: they book through one of our sales partners.
